Ramon Gysin from CrossFit Basel is the guy who introduced CrossFit to Europe and has schooled most European coaches you can meet. He is also a world champion in powerlifting and weightlifting and posses several domestic and international records. 2012 he won one of the regional events in Europe and now focuses on coaching athletes to the games via Jami Tikkanens “The Training Plan” and had 20 athletes going to the CrossFit Games Regional events. From his own box he sent Alessia Joy Wälchli to represent Switzerland in the Regionals 2017. Ramon tells us why it is important to lift heavy and to keep challenging your comfort zone. Karl Dyall is a swedish actor, singer, dancer, father, former national team tae kwan do, entrepreneur and crossfit games athlete – making him the fittest guy in Sweden for his age group and almost fittest guy in the world.
